Grievance Policy

Bryti Health Continuing Education is committed to delivering continuing education that meets the standards of the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) and the California Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians (BVNPT). We take participant complaints seriously and resolve them promptly.

Step 1: Immediate Concerns

Participants who have concerns about the content, instructor, or delivery of a course should contact the program administrator during or immediately following the program so the concern can be addressed while the experience is fresh.

Step 2: Written Complaints

Written complaints regarding a specific CE program should be submitted within 30 days of program completion to:

We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and provide a written response within 15 business days. When a refund is warranted (e.g., a course does not deliver the advertised content or contact hours), it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the resolution.

Step 3: Unresolved Complaints — Regulatory Escalation

If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, participants may contact the licensing board that governs the course:

Formal complaints about a CE provider may be filed through California's BreEZe online complaint system linked from each board's website.

Bryti Health Continuing Education maintains written records of all complaints and their resolutions for a minimum of four (4) years, consistent with the record-retention requirements for approved providers under 16 CCR §1458 (BRN) and 16 CCR §2540.5 (BVNPT).

A written copy of this grievance procedure is available upon request.

Bryti Health Continuing Education is an approved provider of continuing education by the California Board of Registered Nursing (Provider Number CEP #[TBD]) and the California Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians (Provider Number #[TBD]). Bryti Health Continuing Education is responsible for this program and its content.
