1. About Bryti Health CE

BrytiHealthCE.com is owned and operated by Bryti Health Corp. and provides continuing education to California nurses — Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN), and Psychiatric Technicians (PT) — as a provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) and the California Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians (BVNPT).

2. Privacy and Data

Your personal information will never be sold and is not shared with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

3. Communications

As a Bryti Health CE member, you may occasionally receive emails from Bryti Health CE about course announcements, platform updates, and CE resources.

You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email. Unsubscribing will not affect your Bryti Health CE account, course access, or CE records in any way. Transactional emails (certificate delivery, post-test results, password reset, email verification) are not affected by unsubscribe preferences.

4. CE Records, Contact Hours, and Certificates

One contact hour on this platform equals 50 minutes of instruction, as defined by the BRN (16 CCR §1456) and the BVNPT (16 CCR §2540). CE hours advertised for a course reflect this measure.

Bryti Health CE maintains CE completion records, certificates of completion, and attendance documentation for a minimum of four (4) years per 16 CCR §1458 (BRN) and 16 CCR §2540.5 (BVNPT). Certificate verification is available at brytihealthce.com/verify.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase and no course content has been accessed.
• No refund once course content has been opened or the post-test has been started.
• Full refund at any time if Bryti Health CE cancels a course, materially changes its content or contact-hour value, or is unable to award the certificate through no fault of the participant.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Bryti Health CE is a professional continuing education platform intended for California-licensed and pre-licensure nurses (RN, LVN, PT). By creating an account you agree to the following:

Permitted Use

Bryti Health CE may only be used for its intended purpose — accessing continuing education courses, tracking CE contact hours, storing legitimate CE certificates, and managing California nursing license renewal requirements.

CE Vault Usage

The CE Vault is provided exclusively for storing legitimate continuing education certificates and related professional development documentation. Users agree to:

• Upload only authentic CE certificates and professional development records
• Never upload explicit, offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content
• Never upload content unrelated to professional continuing education
• Never upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Never upload material containing patient-identifying information (PHI)

Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination:

• Uploading explicit, pornographic, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content
• Attempting to circumvent post-test security measures or share test answers
• Creating fake or fraudulent CE records
• Impersonating another professional or using another person's license information
• Using the platform for any purpose other than professional continuing education
• Any conduct that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws

Account Termination

Bryti Health CE reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice. Fraudulent CE records may be reported to the BRN or BVNPT for further action.

Bryti Health Continuing Education maintains sole discretion in determining violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Instructor Compensation

Bryti Health CE instructors are compensated for their course development and instruction. Specific compensation arrangements are confidential. All instructors have disclosed any potential conflicts of interest which are displayed on each course page prior to purchase.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bryti Health CE provides continuing education content for informational and professional development purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice or supersedes the standard of care for any patient. Users are responsible for verifying that CE activities meet their specific licensing board requirements. Bryti Health CE is not responsible for changes in licensing requirements or board regulations that occur after a course is completed.
